What a magnificent sight, I never knew Penguins could take flight!

  • Fake

  • I doubt it’s a fake. It’s too fucking awesome to be faked. Plus, the BBC is relatively trustworthy.

  • AAAAH
    It’s lovely.

Duh…Of course it is a fake…it is an advert for the BBCs online service.

One of the things I recently watched on it was BRIAN BLESSED hosting “Have I got news for you.” which is funny as hell…also I think BB is one of the only people who can get a laugh saying “Hello, I am .”

  • Bah! I don’t care. It’s still fucking awesome.

  • Yes, it was meant to be shown as posted on April 1, a day many people celebrate as April Fool’s Day.

My favorite quote is Reed’s argument that it is “too fucking awesome to be faked.” That is awesome, because that means that Spider-Man is real, which is like a dream come true.

  • Wait wait wait… Spiderman IS real. Are you saying you doubted that for even a moment?

  • Of course not, I’m a true believer. But now I can publish the legitimacy of my Spider-Man claims in scholarly magazines, and those doubtful scientists will have to believe me.

Scientist: “How do you know he is real?”
Trey: “He is too awesome to not be real.”
Scientist: “But do you have proof?”
Trey: “I think the high quotient of awesomeness is proof enough. As stated in the Law of Awesomeness, an object, action, or statement is made more real by how awesome it is. Spider-Man registers exceptionally high, therefore, he is not only real, but probably more real than most scientists.”

    Scientist = PWN’D!

  • Just go for the all-out ontological argument, Trey. After seeing the proof for flying penguins, anything seems credible now!

Spiderman is the most fucking awesome. Nothing more fucking or more awesome can be conceived of. Therefore, Spiderman exists and is fucking awesome.

  • And the transcendental argument applies here too:

Logic, ethics, morality and science do not make sense in the absence of flying penguins. Without flying penguins, all would be chaos. QED

I think I hear Kant crying.

  • Well, I’m glad we worked that little problem out. Print it up and send it to the philosophers. What’s next? How about this one?

We regulate drugs, and it is well known that you can in fact get high on life; therefore, we should regulate the amount of life that someone can partake in.
