I saw this on a wall in a record shop in Florida.
“Choreographed Exercise to Contemporary Gospel Music: Believercise”
The picture on the front makes it worth it a million times over.
I wonder what kind of choreography it uses…
“Genuflect, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Okay, now sit, kneel, stand, sit, kneel, stand, sit, kneel, stand. Next move: spread your arms out to your side, palms out, and bring them in, palms to each other. You’re doing great! Here we go: crucifixion, pray to God, crucifixion, pray to God…”
Yeah… I’d listen to it everywhere I went.

Your choreography reminds me of Tom Lehrer’s Vatican Rag.
“First you get down on your knees, fiddle with your roseries, bow your head with great respect and, genuflect, genuflect, genuflect…”

I actually own a copy. Golden find at a Goodwill. Any buyers?

Presto- do you still have that copy of Believercise? My mom used to have one, but it got lost somewhere–let me know if you’re still selling!
