In the 1940s to the 1960s it was appropriate and funny for male coworkers to play grabass with the few brave females who decided to go to work. It was quickly decided that such shenanigans were not charming in the least and sexual harassment, the former fun office game, was banned from the workplace.
Now, David Brooks is putting the, “Absolutely hilarious,” back into the, “Absolutely not, Mr. Brooks, this is hilariously distasteful and unfunny.“


I hate to play the Devil’s Advocate, but in this case, the fact that it was a Republican senator is almost irrelevant. Sexual harassment isn’t funny. Except for this one time where it happened to me, but that’s a completely different story. I’ll have to tell you all some time.
